New Entry in Database

A new entry i the database has been added to clarify any confusions for emailing.
Basically, you're emails will be ignored if it contains a combination of Battling, Traveling or Shopping. So make sure you only have one of those actions present in an email. The entry also has other instances that may require another email in one day, these do not count as actions and can be sent whenever.
